MAGIC Fund Screening Committee

Minot Planning Commission

Agenda: Christ Lutheran Church is seeking an extension of a permit for temporary camper parking. Lowe’s Garden Center is seeking permits for temporary greenhouse locations. The commission will consider a residential development north of Sunset Memorial Gardens along U.S. Highway 83, a residential subdivision north of 21st Avenue Northwest and east of the U.S. Highway 83 Bypass, cell tower requests, land rezoning at the airport, a proposed Northeast Industrial Addition east of Ward County Road 19, an amendment to the mineral extraction ordinance and annexation of Waldorf Additions.
