Agenda: The commission will consider communications tower applications, a request for a hair salon in a residential district, a zone change and setback variance for a new Taco John’s on North Broadway, a zone change for a retail complex in northwest Minot, a variance to address parking for a proposed restaurant near U.S. Highway 2 & 52 and Evergreen Avenue Southwest, a subdivision request for future development of a daycare, assisted living facility and retail in northwest Minot, a parking variance to create room for an outdoor patio for smoking at Sidekicks and a permit request for a sales and truck repair shop southwest of Minot.
