North Dakota State Fair hosts award winning artists

Opening weekend will showcase the legendary talents of Little Big Town, Fergie and the Brothers Osborne, as they grace the Grandstand at the North Dakota State Fair between tonight and Sunday.

Proclaimed as “The place where summer shines,” this year’s Grandstand will feature a trio of iconic artists who continue to dominate the music charts while building a powerful legacy of musicality.

Considered as country and pop royalty by fans as well as the music industry, between each artist are 10 Grammy Awards, seven No. 1 hits and millions of records sold worldwide.

Tonight at 8 p.m., country mega-stars Little Big Town will kick off the State Fair, as they perform smash hits “Little White Church,” “Tornado,” and “Girl Crush” along with singles from their latest album The Breaker.

Over the span of 18 years, the “Pontoon” singers have entertained concertgoers with their heartfelt vocals, expressive lyrics and striking musicianship.

This evening, the 2017 Academy of Country Vocal Group Of The Year looks forward to ushering fans into the summer spirit as they sing fan favorites “Boondocks,” “Day Drinking” and “Good As Gone.”

Following the Emmy Award-winning quartet will be an electrifying performance by singer, songwriter and multi-platinum artist Fergie.

Throughout the music universe and across the globe, “The Dutchess” is known for her dynamic stage presence, clever choreography and scintillating lyrics. Saturday night at 8 p.m., concertgoers can experience the vocal prowess of the “L.A. Love” singer, as she performs popular hits “London Bridge,” “Glamorous” and “Big Girls Don’t Cry.”

Currently, the “Fergalicious” singer is rising up the iTunes charts with her latest single “M.I.L.F. $,” from her sophomore album titled Double Dutchess.

After concertgoers experience the pop power of Fergie, the Brothers Osborne will close out opening weekend with a spirited show of country-rock, Sunday, at 8 p.m.
