Journey Church in Minot is serving as the collection point in Minot for Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts for the Samaritan’s Purse project.

Operation Christmas Child has been collecting and delivering shoebox gifts filled with school supplies, hygiene items and toys to children worldwide since 1993. In 2022, Operation Christmas Child hopes to collect enough shoeboxes to reach another 11 million children.

Boxes can be dropped off at the church at 1805 2nd St. SE Monday through Friday, Nov. 14-18, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and also on Wednesday, Nov. 16, from 6-8 p.m. Drop-off times also are 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19; 8:30 a.m.-noon on Sunday, Nov. 20, and 9-11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 21.
