Kim Fundingsland/MDN Home processing is the choice today of many deer hunters who prefer to extend their deer hunting experience by making their own venison roasts, steaks, breakfast sausage, jerky and more. Here pork is being ground to mix with venison and seasonings before being stuffed into sausage casings.
