Valvoline Instant Oil Change has made Terry Schreiner its new Operations Manager for the Minot and Bismarck locations. He will operate the North Bismarck location while overseeing both Bismarck and Minot locations. Schreiner attended both Montana State University and Bismarck State College. He began his professional career with Walmart. He worked with them for 21 years earning the position of Store Manager.
