FARGO — A former Minot resident, Mark Nisbet, was honored as the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce’s 2021 Legacy Leader. Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., helped honor Nisbet during the FMWF Chamber of Commerce’s annual meeting on Oct. 12. Nisbet was Xcel Energy’s community relations manager while in Minot.
