Sanford Minot is offering sports physical events for student-athletes to complete their sports physicals for the 2026-27 school season. Student-athletes are required to get an annual sports physical when participating in school-sanctioned sports and must have their physicals completed before the first day of practice for their sport.
Student-athletes can receive their sports physical this summer at Sanford Minot Walk-In Clinic, with an appointment on the following days:
- July 30 fro 5-8 p.m.
- Aug. 4 from 5-8 p.m.
- Aug. 9 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Parental permission is required to receive a sports physical. Please bring a signed state sports physical form and signed exam consent form. Any student who is overdue for childhood immunizations may schedule a vaccine-only visit.
