Credit union hires two new operations staff

Aspire Credit Union announced it has added two new team members to its Operations Department, Peyton Alford and Elizabeth Rodlin.

Alford has joined Aspire as a Member Service representative. She brings extensive customer service experience through direct customer interactions and coordinating events with a VIP guest list. She earned her business management degree from Williston State College.

“Peyton has a genuine passion for serving others, and that was evident from our very first conversations,” said Tasha Clark, teller manager, in a news release. “She brings exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a sincere desire to learn. Those qualities, combined with her customer service experience, make her a wonderful addition to our Member Service team.”

“Aspire’s mission statement really stood out to me because our values aligned. Throughout my previous customer service roles, I developed strong communication skills, experience handling money, and a passion for creating positive experiences,” Alford said in the release.

Rodlin is a Universal Member Service representative. In her role, she provides front line member service support while also backing collections and loan processing, creating an important connection between Aspire’s front line, operations and loan department teams. She brings previous financial industry experiences along with a compassionate approach developed through years of customer service experience.

“Elizabeth has a natural ability to connect with people and a willingness to jump in wherever she is needed,” said Brianna Weeks, Operations manager, in the release. “Her background in financial and medical/insurance fields has given her a unique blend of technical knowledge. She plays an important role in supporting both our members and our internal teams, and her collaborative mindset makes her an excellent fit for Aspire.”

“I am excited to be part of a positive and uplifting team,” Rodlin said. “One of the biggest lessons I learned from working in the medical field is the importance of compassion, and I carry that into every member interaction. Growing up in North Dakota gave me a strong appreciation for community and small-town values, which makes Aspire feel like the perfect fit.”
