Originally from Bottineau, Rodriguez earned her degree in accounting and finance from Minot State University. She brings more than 15 years of credit union experience to her new position.

Rodriguez began her career as a teller, where she worked for three and a half years. She spent 12 years holding several roles, including as a consumer loan processor and a mortgage loan processor. Her extensive background has equipped her with strong knowledge of lending processes and a commitment to excellent member service, according to Town & Country.

Outside of her professional work, Rodriguez is actively involved in the community, serving on the Minot Area Chamber EDC Ambassador committee.
