Youthworks has announced Anita Bohner as its new regional director of Operations for Western North Dakota and Aleshia Lucy as program manager for the Youthworks Minot office.

Bohner has been part of the Youthworks team since June 2008, most recently serving as program manager. In that role, Bohner led programming and helped ensure young people experiencing homelessness had access to safe spaces, caring adults and opportunities to build stability.

In her new role, Bohner will oversee regional operations and serve as a key point of connection across western North Dakota. She will focus on strengthening community partnerships to ensure youth and families have the support they need to thrive. Through this work, Bohner will help ensure that programs and services are accessible, consistent and shaped by youth voices.

Lucy has been part of the Youthworks team since January 2024. Most recently, she served as the Short Term Care & Assessment Center coordinator, where she supported shelter operations, coordinated referrals and case management and worked closely with youth, families and community partners. Her work has been focused on building trust and supporting young people during times of transition and uncertainty.

In her new role, Lucy will lead efforts to ensure program quality and to strengthen partnerships across the Minot region.
