Northland makes key leadership transitions

TURTLE LAKE – Northland Health Centers has announced several leadership transitions that will strengthen clinical coordination, support its workforce and position the organization for continued success across the rural communities served.

Melissa McClintock, who has served as Northland’s medical director, will step into the role of chief clinical and operations officer. In this expanded position, McClintock will oversee clinical and operational functions throughout the organization. Her leadership will help ensure consistency, coordination, and high-quality care across all Northland sites, according to Northland.

Julie Wagner, currently director of Operations, will transition into the role of Human Resource director. Wagner will focus on strengthening workforce systems, supporting staff and leaders, and ensuring clear and consistent HR practices throughout the organization. Her steady leadership and extensive experience will be essential as Northland continues to grow and support its dedicated teams.

Northland Health Centers also announces the retirement of Kelly Murray, who has served as chief workforce officer for the past 10 years. During her tenure, Murray led several key initiatives that strengthened recruitment and brought talented healthcare professionals to the clinics and the rural communities.
