Ashley Gathman

The Minot Park District has announced Ashley Gathman as its director of Marketing and Development.

Gathman has been a member of the Minot Park District team since 2018, advancing from Recreation Office coordinator to program specialist before stepping into this leadership role, according to information from the park district. In addition to her strengths in communication, event planning and public engagement, Gathman brings a well-rounded background in marketing, design and internal operations. She has been instrumental in managing the Minot Park District’s website, social media presence and internal systems.

Beyond her work with the Park District, Gathman serves as vice president of the Minot Public School Foundation Board. In that role, she has contributed to the organization’s rebranding, developing community partnerships and supporting long-term strategic planning efforts.
