James and Earl Fredrickson, owners of the Better B Cafe in New Town, have opened Smash Factory Burgers and More in Minot at 1408 2nd Ave. SW. Opening day was Sept. 10, and they’ve had great feedback since, said Dustin Fassbender, general manager.

Open daily from 10 a.m.-9 p.m., the business offers breakfast, homemade soup and chili along with chicken, burgers, fries, mac and cheese and loaded tator tots. Fassbender said the drive-through will be opening as soon as menu boards are ready and staff is in place. Smash Factory Burgers and More is hiring.
