Jennifer Jerauld was recently promoted at Town & Country Credit Union to associate vice president of Member Services.

Jerauld joined the credit union in 2019 and has quickly progressed through the member services department. In her new role, she serves as the credit union’s internal expert on teller operations, plastics and new accounts while also overseeing the member service and plastics teams at the Minot Main location. Jerauld brings more than eight years of credit union experience and 13 years of management experience to her new role.

In addition, Jerauld recently earned her NAFCU Certified Risk Manager (NCRM) designation through the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions. This designation signifies Jerauld’s understanding of credit union enterprise risk management methodology and NCUA regulatory requirements for risk. To receive this designation, Jerauld was required to attend NAFCU’s Virtual Risk Management Seminar and take an exam. To maintain her certification, she’ll be responsible for accumulating 16.5 qualifying continuing education units every two years or by retaking the exam.
