Jessica O’Neal, PA-C, a certified physician assistant, has joined Trinity Health’s orthopedic team. She assists orthopedic surgeons in various aspects of patient care, including pre-, intra- and postoperative care, patient assessment and care planning. She also provides nonsurgical care such as joint injections and osteoporosis management.

Originally from Ocean Springs, Michigan, O’Neal earned her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology with minors in biology and Spanish from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, and received her master’s in physician assistant studies from Red Rocks Community College, Arvada, Colorado. Her clinical training encompassed a wide range of medical fields at healthcare settings in Colorado, Mississippi and the Dakotas and included a rotation with Trinity Health Orthopedics.

Since completing her physician assistant studies, O’Neal has practiced locally, providing primary care with a special focus on orthopedic issues. She is a member of both the American and North Dakota academies of physician assistants.
