Town & Country promotes two

Town & Country Credit Union recently promoted two employees in Minot.

Jessica Henderson was promoted to vice president, Finance Accounting. A Burlington native, Henderson joined the credit union in 2020 and most recently held the position of AVP, Accounting. She brings 20 years of financial institution experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Minot State University to this new role.

Henderson will be responsible for leading the finance and accounting department, analyzing and preparing financial statements and strategic financial planning. She is based in the credit union’s Minot Main office.

Stephanie Silverthorn was promoted to vice president, Human Resources. Silverthorn joined the credit union in 2014 and most recently held the position of AVP, Human Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, management and international business from Minot State University and brings 11 years of human resources experience to her new role. She is also a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional, which recognizes knowledge and leadership in the human resources field.

Silverthorn will be responsible for leading the HR department and developing people-related services, policies and programs to create an employee-oriented, positive culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and goal attainment with a focus on recruiting and developing a high-performing workforce. She is based in the credit union’s Minot Main office.
