Mjoen named CEO/president of Impact Dakota

BISMARCK — Jodie Mjoen of Jamestown has been named CEO/president of Impact Dakota, Bismarck.

Mjoen will play a leading role in developing strategy for modernizing North Dakota’s manufacturing base and coordinating the interface of technology and growth strategies with the needs of small manufacturers.

Mjoen received his bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and marketing from Minot State University and a master’s degree in leadership from the University of Jamestown.

He brings more than 25 years of experience across a variety of manufacturing industries, including high technology, industrial and military products and service-based business.

He joined Impact Dakota after working in supplier quality engineering and quality leadership roles with United Technologies Corporation Aerospace Systems in Jamestown and Pemstar Incorporated in Dunseith. His experiences working with an extensive variety of manufacturing teams throughout the United States and abroad have contributed to his diverse expertise.

Impact Dakota is the official representative of the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership National Network in North Dakota and a partner program with the North Dakota Department of Commerce.
