Tom Ross has been promoted from Sales and Marketing Director to Executive Director for Elison Assisted Living of Minot in Minot, North Dakota.

Tom holds over 25 years of experience in communications, community service, marketing and sales. He’s been with the community since June of this year and has proven to be an effective leader with a passion for providing our residents with an exceptional living experience and to carry out the organization’s Resident First philosophy. He’s a lifelong resident of Minot, has a history of being involved in several community organizations and serves on Minot’s City Council.
