Directors elected at SRT annual meeting
Four directors were elected to the Board of SRT Communications at the cooperative’s annual meeting on Oct.14 at the North Dakota State Fair Center in Minot. Election results were announced during the business meeting.
The following candidates were elected to SRT’s Board of Directors for a three-year term: District 1: Ardel Rice, Mohall District 2: Dennis Erber, Glenburn District 3: Dennis Schott, Butte District 4: Stacey Diehl, Minot.
The 2021 annual meeting also highlighted SRT’s 70th anniversary, the transition to incoming CEO/General Manager Cassidy Hjelmstad, and the retirement of Steve Lysne, who has served as SRT’s CEO/general manager since January 2003.
