Marketplace Foods welcomes two new additions to the team at the 1620 S. Broadway location. Anissa Otto is the new store director after being promoted from the 1930 S. Broadway location. Courtney Rains will be joining the team as the new deli manager, also promoted from the 1930 S. Broadway location.

Otto has an extensive career in retail, starting with Sears, Stuart and Fiancee while in school in Minot. During a few years out of state, she worked for Merita Bread and Target Corporation before returning to Minot. After 11 years working her way up to district operations manager for Bed Bath and Beyond, she joined Marketplace Foods in 2011. She has been at several Marketplace locations in a variety of positions before becoming the new store director at the recently upgraded South Broadway store.

Rains, who goes by C-Low, grew up spending time working on his grandfather’s family farm in a small town in the Carolinas.
