ND District ranks first in SCORE survey

GRAND FORKS – The North Dakota District ranked first nationwide in a national 2020 Client Engagement Survey conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers and funded by the SCORE Foundation. More than 250 chapters were included in this year’s results.

The Grand Forks chapter was the highest rated in the country, scoring 4.69 on a scale in which 5.0 means 100% of responding clients give the chapter a top score on all 11 survey questions.

Fargo and Bismarck chapters both scored 4.31, combining with Grand Forks for a North Dakota District score of 4.46, which topped the nation. Minot also has a SCORE office. SCORE’s nationwide score was 4.15.
