Four promoted at Town & Country

Recently, three Town and Country Credit Union employees were promoted to new member service roles in Minot.

Deanna Lovelace has been promoted to Consumer Loan Associate. Originally from Ishpeming, Michigan, Lovelace joined the credit union in 2012 and has progressed through multiple member service related positions, most recently Member Services Associate. She is well versed in consumer account opening and specializes in IRAs, Health Savings Accounts and Visa products. In addition, Lovelace is a Certified Financial Counselor. In her new position, Lovelace will assist members with their personal loan products as well as provide additional support to the consumer lending team at our Minot Main location.

DeeAnn Roloff has been promoted to Member Services Associate. A Wyoming native, she brings 15 years of experience as a teller and deposit account expert to her new role. Roloff joined the credit union earlier this year as a Member Services Representative and quickly took on additional responsibilities. In her new role, she will be responsible for opening new accounts for consumer and business, opening and managing IRA and HSA accounts, and assisting members with online banking at our Minot Main location.

Jennifer Jerauld has been promoted to Member Services Manager. A Williston native, Jerauld brings over 11 years of management experience including six years at credit unions to her new role with expertise in checking and savings accounts, health savings accounts, money markets and CDs. She holds an associate’s degree in Accounting. In her new role, Jerauld will oversee our team of member service representatives and associates, and assists with opening new accounts and debit and credit cards at our Minot Main location.

Bridget Raffin was recently promoted to Branch Manager of Town and Country Credit Union’s Dakota Square location. Originally from Michigan, Raffin now lives in Burlington. She brings nine years of management experience including five years in credit unions and a consumer lending certificate from The University of Lending in Chicago to her new position. Raffin joined the credit union in September 2019, and quickly progressed through member services and loan servicing before landing in her new position as Branch Manager.

In her new role, Raffin will lead the member services team at the Dakota Square location and assist members with consumer loans and opening new deposit accounts.
