Staff changes at First Western Bank & Trust

Matt Flom has been promoted to Credit Analyst for First Western Bank & Trust. He is a Minot native and graduated from Minot High School and received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Minot State University in 2020. Flom has been with the bank since 2017 and was previously a teller at the main bank location in Minot.

Karissa Moe has joined First Western Bank & Trust as a Cash Management Specialist. Moe grew up in Bottineau and Minot and graduated from Minot High School. She comes to First Western with over seven years of experience in the financial industry.

Katelyn Denne has joined the First Western team at the North Hill office as an Internal Auditor. Denne is a Minot native, graduated from Bishop Ryan High School and received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Minot State University in 2015. She comes to the bank from Brady Martz & Associates with experience in tax preparation and auditing.

Haley Neshem has joined First Western Bank & Trust, as an Internal Auditor. Neshem graduated from Berthold High School and received her bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota in 2016. She has more than three years of experience in the financial industry.

Hannah Lautenschlager is a Dickinson native, who graduated from Trinity High School and earned a degree in University Studies from North Dakota State University in 2019. She brings over two years of banking experience to her role as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
