Wayne Evans, Stanley, has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the Automobile Dealers Association of North Dakota. He is the president and dealer principal of Prairie Ford in Stanley and has served as a member of the ADAND board since 2013.

Wayne graduated from Stanley High School, and earned an associate of science degree at the School of Forestry in Bottineau. He went on to earn a bachelor of science degree from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, graduating in 1970.

Evans joined Prairie Ford in February 1973. The dealership is currently owned by Evans and his brother Gary, who is retired. Wayne Evans served as the parts manager until 1984, when he became president and general manager.
