Lori Soltis of Brokers 12 in Minot was issued a real estate broker license through the North Dakota Real Estate Commission. Soltis had completed the requirements needed including extensive education and passed the broker’s examination to obtain this upper level license. She began her career in real estate in 2016.

Since then she has been selling real estate, been a top producing agent and was also honored with the 2017 Minot Board of REALTORS Rookie REALTOR of the Year award.

Also, two real estate agents are new to Brokers 12.

Brezzi Zembas, who was raised and educated in Hobbs, New Mexico, has previous sales experience as well as experience in customer service, retail management, and as an event planner and business owner.

Brittanee Musi grew up in Reno, Nevada, and has lived in Minot for the past 12 years. She has five years of experience in property management.
