Dalton, Harmon and Hight are joined by Jim Anderson (Kenmare), Jerry Hatlestad (Fargo), Jeff Stremick (Minot), and DelRae Geinert (Minot) on the board. At their April meeting, the board voted in the new executive committee. DelRae Geinert retained her position as board chair.
