Kyle Block joins Houston Engineering Inc.’s Minot team as a Technician I. He will serve on construction projects as a resident project representative on a variety of project types, serving as a liaison with contractors, and providing construction observation services.

A Minot native, Block has extensive experience working in the construction and contracting industries. He most recently worked for Northern Technologies Inc. as an engineering technician.
