First International Bank & Trust announced the promotion of Dave Pankow.

Pankow started working at First International last September as a business banker. He was most recently promoted to vice president/director of real estate and construction.

With his new role, Pankow will be responsible for overseeing the physical security team, facilities manager, and the real estate and construction team. He will continue to participate in project meetings as well as construction and remodel oversight. He will continue with his business development efforts, especially focusing on industries such as engineering, architecture and contractors.

Since joining First International, Pankow has provided direction for a number of new bank buildings such as the FIB&T offices in Rugby, Grand Forks and Bismarck.
