Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch recently promoted George Sieh to utilization review manager. In his new position, Sieh will be responsible for reviewing medical records; and preparing authorizations and appeals for payor sources on medical necessity, level of care, and length of stay.

Sieh joined the Ranch in 2016 as a part-time Youth Care Worker, providing direct care to the children in the residential treatment facility. He also worked full-time at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, most recently as an Auditor. He spent 3 years at Noridian and was promoted several times. Sieh also has previous experience in management, accounting, finance, and banking.

He earned a masters degree in accounting and financial management from Devry University, Keller Graduate School of Management, Downers Grove, Ill.; a masters in business administration from the Cuttington University School of Graduate Studies, Monrovia, Montserrado, Liberia; and a bachelors degree in of business administration and accounting from African Methodist Episcopal University, Monrovia, Montserrado, Liberia.
