The Credit Unions United Chapter of Minot has been named the 2014 Chapter of the Year by the Credit Union Association of the Dakotas.

The Chapter won the award due to their commitment to serving not only their members but also the community. Each year the chapter organizes a charity golf tournament for the Special Olympics of North Dakota; they are a participant and sponsor of Minot’s National Night Out, they host an annual free community swim event at the Roosevelt Park pool and provide networking and educational opportunities for Chapter members. The Chapter has been serving the Minot area for 52 years.

The award was presented at the Credit Union Association of the Dakotas annual meeting and awards reception on April 14.
