Bakken Con brings pop culture to Williston

The 501st Legion was started in 1997 and has spread the magic of Star Wars throughout the world. There are members of the 501st in all 50 states and at least 60 foreign countries, according to Ronningen. The 501st has relationships with groups such as Toys For Tots, the Ronald McDonald House and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Members also appear in movies and community events.
