The Minot Symphony Orchestra invites musicians to audition for its 2026-2027 season on Saturday, Aug. 22.
Auditions are open to skilled musicians who perform on string, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments. Experienced high school students, college students, community musicians, music educators and military personnel are all encouraged to audition.
Musicians must complete the Audition Request Form on the Minot Symphony Orchestra website to be placed on the audition schedule and receive audition requirements. Those unable to audition on Aug. 22 are still able to apply, and an alternate audition time will be arranged whenever possible.
Now entering its 101st season, the Minot Symphony Orchestra offers musicians the opportunity to perform a diverse repertoire, including classical masterworks, holiday concerts, family programming and the orchestra’s popular live film concert.
