Fort Stevenson holds Leprechaun’s Gold Geocache

GARRISON – Fort Stevenson State Park will host a St. Patrick’s Day geocaching event featuring a search for Leprechaun’s Gold, according to North Dakota Parks & Recreation. Participants will venture off the trails to engage in a multi-cache experience, solving puzzle caches to uncover the ultimate treasure: the Leprechaun’s Pot of Gold.

The Pot of Gold, a mystery geocache hidden within the park, includes six First-to-Find prizes. To ensure fairness, families are asked to limit themselves to one prize. Successfully solving the puzzle caches is required to access the final cache.

Coordinates for the geocache will be released on Monday, March 17, through the Geocaching app and the park’s Facebook page.

The park charges a $7 vehicle entrance fee unless a current ND Parks & Recreation Department annual pass is displayed. Fort Stevenson State Park is located three miles south of Garrison.

Starting at $2.99/week.
