The North Dakota Council on the Arts, in partnership with Sacred Pipe Resource Center, has announced a new Indigenous Artist Growth & Development Fellowship program is accepting applications. Five Fellowships will be awarded.

Each of the five artists will receive $5,000 to cover technical assistance and consulting fees in focused areas to benefit their artistic work. Funds can also be used to rent space, hire collaborators or purchase supplies.

The first application round is due Dec. 29. Applicants will participate in an advisement session and will then submit a second application, due Jan. 31. Complete grant program information and how to apply are available by contacting the North Dakota Council on the Arts.
