The City Council of the City of Minot,

North Dakota, has scheduled a

public hearing for 5:30 p.m.,

Monday, December 6, 2021, in the

City Council Chambers located on

the second floor of City Hall (515

2nd Avenue SW), for the purpose of

considering three Renaissance Zone

to incorporate properties from the

1500 block of North Broadway to the

1900 block of the west side of North

Broadway. A map of the area

proposed for annexation is available

in the Minot Community Development

Department located at 1025

31st Street, Minot, North Dakota.

Any interested citizens are encouraged

to attend the meeting and
