bids will be received by Jarrod A. Ol-

son, Director of Operations, at the

Minot Park District Office, 420 3rd

Ave SW, PO Box 538, Minot, ND

58702, until 2pm June 10th, 2021 at

which times proposals will be

opened and read for furnishing to

the Board of Park Commissioners.

Envelope containing the proposal

shall be plainly marked on the out-

side – “Bid – Portable Air

Compressor”

Copies of Specifications may be ob-

tained from the Park District Office

at above address or at

www.minotparks.com

The Board of Park Commissioners

reserves the right to reject any and

all Bids, waive any irregularities

therein, and to award the contract as

they deem to be the best interest of

the Minot Park District.

Bidders are invited to be present at

the above-mentioned time and place

for the opening of the bids. Propo-

sals will be presented to the Minot

Park Board on June 15th at 6:30pm.

Request for Proposal

The Fort Berthold Housing Authority

is requesting for 2 and 3 bedroom

modular homes to replace 21 homes

on the Fort Berthold Indian Reser-

vation. Homes will be approximately

1200-1600 Square Feet. Proposals

should not include foundations. Pro-

posals will be for a turn-key home in-

cluding, all stitching and seaming of

exterior and interior, all HVAC,

plumbing and electrical except for

electrical, water, and sewer connec-

tion. No proposals for manufactured

homes or homes built on metal

I-beams will be considered. Dead-

line for proposals will be July 2,
