Please take notice that Glenburn

Area Ambulance Service, Inc., a

North Dakota corporation with a re-

gistered office in Glenburn, North

Dakota, is in the process of dissolv-

ing pursuant to North Dakota Centu-

ry Code Sec. 10-19.1-110.

1. Notice of Intent to dissolve has

been filed.

2. Notice of intent to dissolve was

filed with the North Dakota Secretary

of State on May 27, 2019.

3. Claims against the corporation, if

any, must be presented to the cor-

poration in writing within 90 days of

the first date of publication of this

notice, June 1, 2021, or other date

as specified by law, and directed to

an Reservation. Bids will include

demolish old house, removal of

waste, excavation, stub in new water

and sewer, forms, footings, poured

footing wall, rebar, sealing, insula-

tion, drain tile, sump pit, sill plate

and backfill. Deadline for the bids

Request for Proposal

The Fort Berthold Housing Authority

is requesting for 2 and 3 bedroom

modular homes to replace 21 homes

on the Fort Berthold Indian Reser-

vation. Homes will be approximately

1200-1600 Square Feet. Proposals

should not include foundations. Pro-

posals will be for a turn-key home in-

cluding, all stitching and seaming of

exterior and interior, all HVAC,

plumbing and electrical except for

electrical, water, and sewer connec-

tion. No proposals for manufactured

homes or homes built on metal

I-beams will be considered. Dead-

line for proposals will be July 2,
