The above real property is the sub-

ject of the Mortgage dated October

Genevieve T. Bowlby, executed and

delivered to Mortgage Electronic

Mortgage Corp., its successors and

assigns, and recorded in the office

of the Clerk and Recorder of Ward

County, North Dakota, on October 8,

2012, Instrument Number 2947518,

which is subject to the entered Judg-

ment. Said Mortgage was assigned

to Plaintiff, its successors or as-

signs, by Assignment of Mortgage

recorded August 10, 2020, Instru-

ment Number 3042012. In order to

realize the amount of $175,727.10,

as of March 24, 2021, plus interest

accruing thereafter on said amount

at the rate of 3.25% per year togeth-

er with the costs and expenses of

sale, the property will be sold sub-

ject to redemption as provided by

law as one parcel of land at public

auction, subject to any lien for un-

paid real estate taxes and assess-

ments of Ward County, North Dako-

ta, and easements and restrictions

of record, to the highest bidder for

cash under the direction of the Sher-

iff of Ward County, North Dakota, at

the main entrance of the Ward
