Owner is requesting Bids for the

construction of the project listed

above.

Bids for the construction of the Pro-

ject will be received and accepted

Each bid must be accompanied by a

bidder’s bond in a sum equal to 5%

of the full amount of the bid execut-

ed by the bidder as principal and by

a surety, conditioned that if the

principal’s bid is accepted and a

contract is awarded to the principal,

the principal, within ten (10) days

after the notice of the award, shall

execute a contract in accordance

with the terms of the bid and the bid

bond, and any conditions of the City

of Tioga, as required by law. A

countersignature of a bid bond is not

required. If the City of Tioga elects

to award a contract to the lowest

responsible bidder, and the lowest

responsible bidder does not execute

a contract within ten (10) days, the

bidder’s bond will be forfeited to the

City of Tioga, and the City of Tioga

may award the project to the next

lowest responsible bidder.

Each bidder must possess a valid

North Dakota contractor’s license for

the full amount of their bid, as re-

quired by N.D.C.C. Section 43-07-7.

Each bidder MUST enclose a copy

of their Contractor’s License or Cer-

tificate of Renewal, issued by the

North Dakota Secretary of State,

and each license must be valid and

dated at least 10 days prior to the

date set for bid opening, as required

under N.D.C.C. Section 43-07-12.

FUEL STATION INSTALLATION

WARD COUNTY HWY DEPT

WARD COUNTY, NORTH

DAKOTA

Notice is hereby given that the

County Commissioners of the Coun-

ty of Ward, North Dakota, will re-

ceive sealed bids for the following

project:

Fuel Station Installation: The project

will consist of installing two fuel

tanks, four fuel dispensers, fuel con-

trol system, and respective com-

ponents.

For this project bids will ONLY be

received and accepted via the online

electronic bid service through

QuestCDN.com. All bids must be

submitted by 2:00 P.M., March

18th, 2021.

All bids must be submitted, and all

work shall be done in full compliance

with the plans and specifications

provided in this bid package.

Copies of the plans, specifications

and proposal forms may be obtained

at the Ward County Highway

Department, 200 72nd ST SE Minot,

North Dakota, 58701, upon receipt

of a non-refundable fee of $100.00

for each set of documents, or on

QuestCDN (#7588054) to Qualified

Contractors (licensed contractors)

with the State of North Dakota.

All bids are to be submitted on the

basis of cash payment for the work

and materials, accompanied by a

bidder’s bond in the amount of five

(5) percent of the total bid, executed

by the bidder as principal, and by a

surety company authorized to do

business in the State of North Dako-

ta, as a guarantee that the bidder

will do business in the State of North

Dakota, as a guarantee that the

bidder will enter into a contract for

performance of such work in case

the contract is awarded to him.

All bid security shall comply with

Section 11-11-28 and amendments

thereto of the North Dakota Century

Code. In the event NDCC Section

11-11-28 is deemed not to be appli-

cable as a matter of law, then in the

alternative, the Ward County Com-

mission applies its discretionary

power to apply NDCC Section 11-

11-28 and all bid security shall com-

ply fully.

All bidders must be licensed for the

highest amount of their bids, as pro-

vided by Section 3-07-05 of the

North Dakota Century Code.

The Contractor shall give (10) days’

notice prior to starting any construc-

tion work and shall complete the

project no later than July 15th,

2021.

The County Commissioners of Ward

County reserve the right to reject

any or all bids, to waive any irregu-

larities and to hold bids for a period

not to exceed thirty (30) days from

the date of opening.

notice. The City of Minot is currently

pursuing the aid of the United States

Air Force Reserve in Vector Control

for fiscal year 2020 and 2021. The

proposal is for the Department of

Defense (Innovative Readiness

Training Program) to perform arthro-

pod borne disease control training

through the aerial application of pes-

ticides. There is no funding for these

operations without the assistance of

the USAFR unit. To fulfill the

non-competitive requirements of the

Department of Defense, this notice

is given. Any questions or objections

regarding the non-competition pro-

cess should be made within 14 days
