2. You are hereby summoned to ap-
pear and defend against the Com-
plaint in this action, which has been
filed with the Clerk of Court and is
herewith served upon you, by serv-
ing upon the undersigned a copy of
an Answer or other proper response
within twenty-one (21) days after the
service of this Summons upon you,
exclusive of the day of service.
3. If you fail to do so, Judgment by
default will be taken against you for
the relief demanded in the Com-
plaint.
4. The original Complaint is filed
with the Clerk of the District Court in
the County in which this action is
commenced.
5. This action relates to the foreclo-
sure of a mortgage upon the follow-
ing described real property in the
County of Ward, State of North

by virtue of a judgment and decree
of foreclosure rendered and given in
the District Court in and for the
County of Ward, North Dakota,
North Central Judicial District, en-
tered and docketed in the Office of
the Clerk of said Court on December
24, 2019, in an action wherein Gate
City Bank, was Plaintiff and Denby
Holen; any other person in posses-
sion; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.;
and State of North Dakota acting
through the Office of the State Tax
Commissioner; were the Defen-
dants; on which day it was adjudged
that there was due and owing the
Plaintiff from the Defendant, Denby
Holen; together with costs and dis-
bursements of said action, the sum
of $20,662.48, and by virtue of a
Special Execution issued to me by
the Clerk of said Court, I will sell the
real property described in said judg-
ment and hereafter described to the
highest bidder for cash at public
auction at the front door of the
Courthouse in the City of Minot,
County of Ward, North Dakota, on
February 3, 2021, at the hour of
10:00 a.m. of that day to satisfy the
amount due with accrued costs and
interest at the date of sale, or so
much thereof as the proceeds of
said sale applicable thereto will
satisfy.

cated at 2008 Burdick Expressway
East, Minot, North Dakota 58701, is
overdue thirteen (13) months. Unit
44, leased December 2019, will be
evicted on February 1, 2021. To
stop this process, a payment in the
amount of $975.00 is due by Janu-
ary 31, 2021 to the North Dakota
State Fair Office. Should tenant obli-
gations be fulfilled, the process of
eviction will cease. Tenant should

A public hearing of an application by
Aaron & Shantel Ottmar for a vari-
ance will be held during the Ward
County Planning Commission meet-
ing on Thursday, January 21, 2021
at 6:00 pm in Room 106 & 108 of
the Ward County Administration
Building.
The purpose of the request is relief
of side yard setback requirements
