(IFB 20-20), Mechanical Construc-

addition, the Office of the Adjutant

General will allow the submission of

a Total Combined Construction Bid

(single prime) for the complete pro-

ject (IFB 20-23). In compliance with

NDCC 48-01.2-06, the combined bid

(from a single prime) will not be ac-

cepted unless that bid is lower than

the combined total of the lowest

responsible, multiple bids for the

project. IMPORTANT: Davis-Bacon

Wage Rates are required for this
