Proposed Ordinance Changes
The Ward County Commissioners
will hold a public hearing on two pro-
posed ordinance changes amending
Article 6: “A-1” Agricultural District
and Article 24: Subdivision regula-
tion addressing right of way and
road-way widths. A full copy of the
ordinance can be obtained from the
Auditor’s office. The hearing will be
held during their regular commission
meeting which begins at 9:00 am on
September 17. The meeting will be
in the commission chambers on 2nd
floor of the Administration Building,
