Staggered delivery could be solution

Kevin P. Nelson Minot I find it interesting that the US Postal Department has trouble delivering the mail on a daily basis, especially to rural locations. I am one of the many who are affected by this. The cause is said to be the inability to hire enough people to do this job. However, I don’t remember the last time I received mail that was so critical that the delay had any effect. Most of my mail is now advertising or requests from charitable organizations for funds.
