Tim Lawson was born on December 31, 1962 in Maine to Joe Sr. and Josephine Lawson. He was raised in Minot and graduated from Minot High School in 1981. Oct. 5, 1941-Aug. 29, 2024 Elida, N.M. Dennis Lee Markwardt, 82, formerly of Makoti and Minot, North Dakota, passed away peacefully on August 29th , 2024, at his home in Elida, New Mexico. His ashes will be laid to rest in a private graveside ceremony at 11 a.m. on August 2, 2025, at St. Paul’s Lutheran cemetery in Makoti, North Dakota. Lenore's Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 1, at 1:00 PM at the Ray Lutheran Church in Ray, ND. Burial will take place at the Rainbow Valley Cemetery.
