BISMARCK – Gov. Kelly Armstrong has submitted a request for a presidential major disaster declaration for severe storms that occurred June 7-9, causing damage estimated at more than $4.6 million. WILLISTON – North Dakota State University’s Williston Research Extension Center will hold its annual field day on July 10.
