A former Minot police officer is suing the City of Minot for discrimination and hostile work environment related to incidents alleged to have occurred during 2023 and 2024. Krysta Becker filed the federal lawsuit June 12, claiming unlawful employment practices under the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and North Dakota Human Rights Act.
