MSU bubble repair in progress, volunteers needed

With the Minot State bubble repairs beginning this week, the MSU Athletic Department is looking for volunteers within the local community to help finish the job.

Due to student-athletes leaving campus to head home for the summer, MSU is looking for people to help disassemble the bubble in order for the necessary repairs to be completed. As a result, they hope to recruit volunteers from Friday, June 17 through Sunday, June 19.

The MSU Athletic Department encourages high school groups, service clubs, or anyone looking to assist to join in the efforts. Work shifts will be four hours and MSU Athletics is willing to make a donation to your school or club for groups consisting of 10 people or more.

In regards to the work involved, heavy lifting and unscrewing bolts with a cordless drill will be required. If you would like to help or learn more information, please reach out to kevin.harmon@minotstate.edu.
