The North Dakota State men’s basketball team jumped out to a 12-3 advantage early and led from start-to-finish in a 90-73 victory over Idaho on Saturday night inside the Scheels Center.

Rocky Kreuser (21 points), Grant Nelson (18), and Tyree Eady (17) combined for 56 points on 22-for-39 shooting for the Bison. Freshman Andrew Morgan added 13 points off the NDSU bench.

Kreuser and Eady both pulled down 10 boards to record double-doubles – the 10th career for Kreuser, and the second career double-double for Eady.

The Bison scored 42 points in the first half – despite not making a three-pointer – and led 42-24 at halftime. NDSU never trailed in the game and led by as many as 23 on multiple occasions.

The Bison shot 52 percent overall and limited the Vandals to 39-percent shooting. NDSU will travel to Omaha to take on Creighton on Tuesday, Nov. 30, with tipoff scheduled for 8 p.m. on FS2.
