Class A

Bottineau 22, Nedrose 18

NEDROSE — Bottineau (1-1) snapped an 18-game losing streak with the tight victory over Nedrose (0-2). The Braves led 8-6 after one quarter, and that lead held until the intermission.

Ethan Miller scored a three-yard rushing touchdown for Nedrose with under four minutes to play, but Bottineau’s Gabriel Deschamp all but sealed the victory with a touchdown run of his own. A successful two-point pass from Nate Olson to Trasen Pollman put the game on ice.

Deschamp’s touchdown came with 1:13 remaining in the game.

The Divide County Maroons (2-0) opened the scoring with a 52-yard touchdown burst from Logan Osvold. The longest touchdown of the game got the momentum rolling. Divide County scored the first 26 points before TGU got on the board.

The Titans (1-1) only touchdown and points of the game came courtesy of a 26-yard pass from Cy Luna to Bryce Latendresse at the end of the third quarter.

Caraballo ran in his third touchdown with a little under seven minutes to go to push the final score to 32-6.
